DR Congo Armed Forces Auditor General Killed in Plane Crash

The general auditor of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was killed in a plane crash, radio station Okapi reported. Twelve other people, mostly officers, also died in the crash.

Near the city of Kenge, the pilot reported technical problems and attempted an emergency landing. The aircraft crashed in one of Kenge's districts.
