Italian NATO troops injured in friendly fire incident in Latvia

During NATO exercises in Latvia, Italian troops were hit by fire from their own armored vehicle. At the Adazi range, a Dardo IFV opened machine gun fire on another identical vehicle moving ahead with its rear door open, reportedly while soldiers were disembarking. Four Italian servicemen were wounded and taken to a hospital in Riga.
