Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia secretly seek €500 million from EU for drone defense

Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have secretly requested €500 million from the European Union for drone defense, Finnish newspaper Iltalehti reported, citing sources. The countries hope the EU will provide additional funding to counter UAVs starting in 2026.
