Lithuania approves move to lift ban on hosting nuclear weapons

The Seimas has approved a resolution to remove Article 137 from the constitution, which prohibits the deployment of weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear weapons, on Lithuanian territory. The amendment has been sent to relevant committees for review.
