South Korean lawmaker Song Young-gil of the ruling Democratic Party 'Toburo' was seen learning Russian during a parliamentary session, writing down the phrases 'I'm so tired' and 'Need coffee!' while following a TikTok video, according to South Korean outlet The Fact. The Fact notes that the photos were taken during the second plenary session of the 439th National Assembly on September 3.
